Travel within 30 driving miles of our Wentzville home base is included. Beyond this area, additional travel is charged at $1.50 per excess mile traveled, including return travel, and is calculated automatically from your venue address when you book. Unusual routes or extra trips are quoted before booking. Travel is billed separately and never discounted by the offer.

Amounts become final when your quote is finalized. Travel beyond 30 miles each way is calculated automatically from your venue address; if a route needs manual review, the fee is quoted for your approval before booking.
For bookings made more than seven calendar days before the event, 50% is due at booking and the remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event. Bookings made seven or fewer calendar days before the event require 100% payment at booking. You accept our Booking Terms at checkout; no separate contract is required.
Your reservation is confirmed only after you accept the Booking Terms at checkout, your payment succeeds, and your date and services are confirmed available. Cancellation and refund terms are listed separately in our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation summary
Cancelling more than 7 calendar days before your event: 50% of agreed service charges. 7 or fewer days (including same day and no-shows): 100%. Taxes and travel are excluded from the fee; unused travel is refunded. One free date change if requested at least 14 days before the event.
