Where we work
Based in Wentzville, Missouri, we provide drop-off and attended guest services throughout St. Charles County and Greater St. Louis.
Our regular coverage includes St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, and St. Louis counties, plus Franklin and Jefferson counties and St. Louis City. Select Metro East Illinois locations are available by request.
How travel is charged
Travel within 30 one-way driving miles of our Wentzville home base is included. Beyond that area, additional travel is charged at $1.50 per excess mile traveled, including return travel and any separately required collection trip.
We use the driving distance between our home base and your venue, not straight-line distance. Services that share one vehicle trip are charged once, even when several services are booked. Routes with several stops need a custom travel quote.
Your travel fee is calculated automatically from your venue address when you build your event, using the driving distance between our home base and your venue. Routes with several stops or extra trips are quoted before booking.
Coverage and travel are different
A venue inside one of our listed counties is not automatically inside the included travel area, because travel is measured by driving distance rather than county lines. Your travel fee — if any — is calculated automatically from your venue address when you book.
