Legal
Terms & Conditions
1. Your booking agreement
Your agreement consists of these Terms, the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy presented at checkout, and your confirmed order detailing the selected services and prices.
By checking the acceptance box and completing checkout, you agree to those documents and confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to make the booking. No separate signed contract is required.
Your date is reserved when the required payment succeeds and we confirm availability for your date and services. An inquiry, saved cart, or payment attempt alone does not confirm a reservation. If we cannot confirm a booking after receiving payment, we will refund that payment rather than retain it for an unaccepted booking.
Please review your confirmation and contact us promptly about any errors. Material changes require your approval. A service-specific term clearly identified and accepted in your confirmed order controls over a conflicting general description; mandatory legal protections still apply.
2. Services and inclusions
We provide only the services, supplies, equipment, staffing, quantities, and coverage listed in your confirmed order. Sizes and optional upgrades are choices within a service, not automatically included extras.
Stock packages include the specified opening inventory. Supplies held as backstock are part of that inventory. Additional refill reserves must be listed separately. No package includes unlimited supplies unless expressly stated in the confirmed order.
Guest counts guide package selection but do not mean every guest receives every shared amenity. Children, family, pet, welcome-kit, VIP, and badge packages are sized by their specified participants or quantities.
Website photographs illustrate service styles and selected options. Some are AI-created representative scenes. Decorative venue elements and equipment shown in an upgraded format are not included unless listed in your order. Illustrated QR codes in photographs are not operational links.
3. Pricing and booking minimums
Your final price is shown before you accept checkout, including selected services, approved extras, discounts, confirmed travel charges, and applicable taxes.
Bookings have a $400 combined service minimum. This applies once to the booking, not separately to each service. Eligible service charges after discounts count toward that minimum; travel charges and taxes do not. Digital-only services are available at their listed prices. Staffed packages retain their stated prices and any expressly listed requirements.
If a promotion is offered, its eligibility, value limit, exclusions, and minimum paid spend must be shown before checkout. Promotions do not automatically discount staffing or travel. Sizes, additional hours, and upgrades are not separate services for promotional counting unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
An upgraded package marked as a total replaces its base price. Shared staff time, equipment, and vehicle trips are not charged twice for the same work.
4. Payments
Bookings made more than seven calendar days before the event require 50% of the agreed total at booking. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event.
Bookings made seven or fewer calendar days before the event require full payment at booking. Due dates use Central Time (America/Chicago) and appear in your confirmation.
Calling the first payment a deposit does not by itself determine refund eligibility. Refunds and cancellation fees follow the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy you accepted.
If a payment becomes overdue, we will contact you with the amount due and a written deadline to resolve it before cancelling for nonpayment. Any resulting cancellation charge must follow the accepted Cancellation Policy and applicable law. We do not impose unlisted late fees.
We charge a saved payment method for a future balance only if you have specifically authorized that payment arrangement. Otherwise, the balance must be paid through the payment instructions provided. Do not send full card details through ordinary email or inquiry forms.
5. Travel and delivery
Travel for the contracted service visits within 30 one-way driving miles of our Wentzville home base is included. Distance is measured along the normal practical driving route, not in a straight line.
Beyond 30 miles, additional travel is $1.50 per excess mile travelled in both directions for each required vehicle trip. For one vehicle making one out-and-back trip, the fee is:
2 × the one-way driving miles beyond 30 × $1.50
For example, a venue 50 driving miles away has 20 excess miles each way. One round trip adds $60. Separate drop-off and collection round trips add $120 for one vehicle.
Required vehicle counts, separate trips, and the total travel fee will be disclosed and agreed before booking. Services sharing one vehicle trip share that travel charge. Multi-stop routes and additional trips require an agreed quote. Parking, tolls, venue charges, and other extras are charged only when disclosed and agreed.
Hotel delivery and next-day delivery are additional handling services where selected. Their service prices are separate from any applicable out-of-area mileage. We do not add a second charge for a trip already included in an agreed package.
6. Attendants and service hours
Self-service means we provide the agreed preparation, setup, and collection, but no attendant stays during the event unless selected.
General optional attendance is $195 per person for three consecutive live service hours. Additional hours are $65 per hour per person. Setup and collection do not reduce those booked live hours.
Packages already including staff show the number of people and coverage hours in your order. Larger stock quantities do not automatically increase staffing or coverage. A shared attendant can cover several nearby stations only when the agreed duties and schedule allow it.
The digital-only photo booth includes three live hours and one attendant for $595. Additional live booth hours are $100 each, including the equipment and attendant. Setup and collection are outside the live booth time. Other specialized packages use their expressly quoted extension rates.
Extensions depend on availability and require your approval of the additional charge. We do not continue paid coverage automatically beyond the confirmed window.
7. Venue access and host responsibilities
Provide accurate event times, location, access arrangements, participant counts, and any relevant venue restrictions. Arrange venue permission, suitable placement, and the agreed setup and collection windows.
Provide the furniture, room, electrical supply, connectivity, food, photos, gifts, or other contents specifically identified as host-supplied. Tell us about stairs, long carries, loading restrictions, parking limitations, and outdoor conditions before booking so we can agree a workable plan.
Delays or changed requirements may affect delivery or coverage. We will explain any proposed change or additional cost and seek approval rather than automatically imposing an unspecified charge.
Children remain under parent or caregiver supervision. Pet owners remain responsible for handling and care. Ordinary station attendants do not provide childcare, pet sitting, medical care, driving, professional security, or specialized technical work.
8. Medicines and self-service first-aid items
We do not supply, recommend, dispense, or administer medicines or treatment products. This includes medicated creams, antibiotic ointments, antiseptic treatments, sunscreen, insect repellent, recovery supplements, and electrolyte powders.
These exclusions apply to station stock, refills, kits, errands, and host-supplied contents we assemble or distribute.
Where expressly included, individually wrapped non-medicated bandages and blister cushions are available for guest self-service. Guests or their caregivers select and apply them. Staff do not assess injuries, recommend treatment, apply dressings, or administer first aid as part of the booked service. An attended package does not change this limit.
This describes the service scope. It does not remove rights or responsibilities imposed by law.
9. Food, transportation, and third-party services
Food preparation, cake cutting, cooling, and decisions about food suitability remain with the host, venue, or caterer as agreed. Our packaging service handles only the approved, ready-to-pack items and quantities in the order.
Ride and shuttle guidance does not include transportation, fares, driving, or guaranteed ride availability. Independent transport providers perform those services.
Digital galleries, printing labs, venues, and other third-party platforms may have their own terms, processing times, and access limits. We will identify relevant limits before booking. We remain responsible for our agreed work and do not disclaim it merely because a third party is involved.
10. Equipment and guest belongings
Rental equipment and reusable items remain our property unless your order says otherwise. Return them at the agreed location and time, and do not move or alter equipment contrary to the supplied instructions.
We may seek reasonable, documented repair or replacement costs for lost items or damage attributable to misuse or failure to return them, as permitted by law. Normal wear, defects, and damage caused by our staff are not charged to you. We explain any claim before seeking payment.
Custody services, such as coat check or gift handoff, follow the item types, staffing, claim process, and recipient arrangements stated in the order. Other stations do not provide custody of phones, valuables, or personal belongings merely because guests use them.
11. Photos, recordings, and digital delivery
You must have permission to provide the photos, messages, logos, and other content you ask us to use. You authorize the limited use needed to create, host, process, and deliver the selected service; this does not transfer ownership or give us permission to use your content in advertising.
We use event photos, recordings, or testimonials in our marketing only with appropriate separate permission. General booking acceptance is not marketing consent.
Arrange appropriate guest notices and permissions for recording and sharing. Confirm gallery access preferences with us. A link or QR code can be forwarded, so access settings should reflect the intended audience.
Download your files before the stated hosting or access period ends. We do not promise indefinite storage. Film exposures, print allowances, and available stock do not guarantee usable photos, guest participation, or unlimited production within the booked hours.
12. Cancellations and rescheduling
The Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy presented and accepted at checkout forms part of your booking agreement. It explains cancellation requests, charges, refunds, date changes, service reductions, and weather-related changes.
We will not substitute a later, less favorable cancellation policy for an already confirmed booking without your agreement. Applicable legal cancellation and refund rights still apply.
13. Safety and inability to provide services
We may pause or decline a particular activity if conditions are unsafe, venue permission is unavailable, or equipment cannot be operated safely. We will discuss reasonable alternatives where possible.
If we cannot provide an agreed service, we will notify you and offer an agreed replacement or a refund for the affected, unprovided service and unused related travel charges. Refunds are handled as described in the accepted Cancellation Policy. You are not required to accept a credit instead of an eligible refund.
14. Questions, concerns, and privacy
Contact us through the contact form on our website or the contact information in your confirmation. Include your booking number and the details of your concern so we can investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Service communications are separate from optional marketing consent.
15. Applicable law and updates
These Terms are governed by Missouri law to the extent applicable, without limiting mandatory protections available under other applicable laws. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update website terms for future bookings. Your confirmed booking remains governed by the versions and order details you accepted, unless you agree to a change. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
16. Promotional imagery and product substitutions
Photographs, digital renderings, and promotional images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not depict the exact equipment, décor, product brands, quantities, or arrangements supplied at an event. The Guest Edit may make reasonable substitutions of comparable quality and functionality when necessary due to availability, venue requirements, or operational considerations. Specifically guaranteed package components and quantities will be honored. Material substitutions affecting the core functionality or value of a booked service will be communicated to the customer for approval before implementation.
